The personal property included in the Composition with Creditors are represented by:
1. housing units, indoor garages, outdoor garages and cellars located inside a residential complex, with ancient origins having a historical, monumental importance Villa Portalupi known as “Le Contessine”, in the Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio (Verona). The complex includes plots from no. 1 to no. 62.
2. building, with office spaces and warehouses, located in Via Festara in the hamlet of Lugagnano in the Municipality of Sona (Verona). One lot (Lot 63) is indicated for the asset at issue that include the whole building.
3. unit for office use, located in Via Bertoni in the Municipality of Verona. One lot (Lot 64) is indicated and includes the whole asset.
All the above mentioned assets are in the name of HYDROWORK S.r.l. with office in Verona.
